2. How to buy from Sonamani.com?

After your order is finished, one of our representatives will call you to verify the order and then our representative will deliver your product to your delivery place according to the delivery time. Then complete the purchase process by selecting the payment method (Cash Undelivery / Card Payment / Online Banking) of the mentioned product by clicking on the ‘Conditions’ checkbox and pressing the ‘Confirm’ button.

There you will see the total price of your product including name, picture, unit price, quantity, and delivery charge. Delivery charge within Dhaka is only Tk 80 per invoice and product delivery charge outside Dhaka is only Tk 110. It is to be noted here that in case of ordering more than one product in one invoice, the charge is Rs. Also note that delivery charges may vary depending on the size and weight of the product. Minimum order of Rs.100 is collected at Sonamani.com (excluding supply charge, shipping charge, reduced price)

9. How long does it take for the product to reach your hands?

We deliver products in Dhaka city i.e. Dhaka North and South City Corporation areas within maximum 24 to 48 hours. We arrange delivery of goods within 3-4 days to every upazila, district and divisional town outside Dhaka.

10. How do you know if your product has arrived?

11. How do you pay for the product?

You can pay the price by checking the product at the time of delivery. In this case you pay cash on delivery to our representative or courier person at the time of other receipt. You can also pay online through credit or debit cards and bKash.

12. How do you know if your order has been confirmed?

14. Are there any other hidden charges on the price of goods after VAT and tax?

You will receive the final price of the product after confirming the purchase of the product so that VAT and tax are added. There is no need to pay anything extra beyond the final price.

15. How are the products sold packaged?

Each product is individually packaged securely with high quality paper and sealed in a strong polybag or box that ensures safe delivery of your product.

16. Does Sonamani.com supply products outside Bangladesh?

We do not supply products outside Bangladesh. However, you can buy products from any part of the world from Sonamani.com and if the shipping address is anywhere in Bangladesh, we accept orders from any part of the world.

17. What to do if you can't find the product you need at Sonamani.com?

If you can't find the product you need in our online store, you can call us at 01760-938880 with details of the product or mail us at support@sonamuni.com. We will collect your product and let you know.

18. What to do if something went wrong during your purchase?

19. Is the delivery due to a natural disaster or a coincidence?

Our utmost effort is to deliver the product to your doorstep so in case of any natural calamity or accident we try our best to provide our best service.

20. Is there any chance of returning the product?

We do not return clothes and shoes within 10 days if they are damaged or not used. Diapers, wipes, baby food, bath and skin soaps, cosmetics products, birthday products are returned within 5 days if not used. There are also arrangements to supply similar good products instead of returned products as per the wishes of the customer.

However, in case of cash on delivery, the product will be verified and received from the delivery representative. If you do not want to accept the product due to nausea or bad or any other problem, you can return it immediately. The product will not be refunded after receiving the product.

22. Can I get a refund in money?
